Decaying Craftsman

I've been working on some small/tiny fixer upper residential lots for my hood.

I built it with the lovely historic homes of Chicago as a loose guide.

There's a large unfinished basement with exposed venting and pipes

On the main floor is a historic living space with multiple small rooms cut off by the walls (those seeking a more modern vibe are advise to knock down the walls for an open living space concept) also a small bathroom.

It deliberately looks yucky and horrible use of space so simmies will be driven away at the prospect of owning such a home. However, truly creative simmies will rise to the occasion to give this home a makeover.

Three large bedrooms and a large bathroom upstairs

I had added a fireplace originally, but it made the house too expensive, so I took it out, but am debating adding it back in.

Comments and suggestions are welcomed, also posting links to what you do with the house are welcomed.

  1. Oh, this is lovely! I've always been partial to fixer-uppers, and this one definitely has some historical charm to it!

  2. This has a ton of potential! ;) Did you share this at N99 once upon a time? It looks a bit familiar.

    1. I may have shared photos, a family is going to move into this home soon and I think I shared photos of them looking at the house as well, so maybe that's it. I wouldn't be surprised if there is a lot tour on N99 already. Hope you enjoy the download.
